Founded in 1991 by Mike Cohen, Wherehouse Fabrics has been one of the premier discount and wholesale fabric stores in the DFW area.
In 2014, his son, Rick Cohen acquired one of the stores and renamed it Fabrictopia. He has since expanded the company and now has locations in Houston and San Antonio.
Fabrictopia’s unique collection of discount fabrics and accessories are popular to the crafting, sewing, dressmaker and clothing designer, event planning and interior design community as well as the automobile upholstery industry.
